Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you are going to love the look, feel, and fit of our products!  However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customer.service@thefratcollection.com or give us a call at 601.827.5098

Returns and exchanges may only be accepted after submitting the request and receiving confirmation for the return from Customer Service. If contact has not been made with Customer Service with a response, any and all requests cannot be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by us will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. 

We work hard to process your requests as soon as possible! Returns and exchange requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receiving your order. After this period of time, we are unable to fulfill the request.

Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your account once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If a coupon code has been made for you for your return, it is only valid for seven (7) days and once expired, will not be reinstated. 

If your purchase arrives in less than perfect condition, we are more than happy to replace your order. Damages will be remedied immediately. All returns/exchanges must be sent back in unwashed/unworn condition or they will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

All customers acknowledge their acceptance of the return fee to be assumed by them.

 

Any and all coupon codes made must be used within seven (7) days. Once the validity of the coupon is up, it will under no circumstances be recreated.

 

Any items purchased during a sale cannot be returned. They are final sale. All final sales cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any final sale items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
